The compilation of over 1,900 statements of Jesus is organized under more than 200 topics.  As Scott reminds the reader in the introduction, this is not a book to be read from cover to cover.  Instead, the reader will choose a topic that is causing a problem, and the book quotes all the things that Jesus had to say on that subject.

For example, adultery is listed under the major heading "The Greatest Words Ever Spoken about Personal Relationships."  Under that heading is listed "Immorality and Adultery."  Presumably, all the things that Jesus had to say on the subject will be found on that page, and the reader is spared the chore of jumping from book to book.  It is somewhat like a concordance that gives not just the book and verse but the actual scriptures relating to that topic.

With more than 200 topics, the book covers nearly all (if not all) topics that readers are struggling with.  This is an important book for anyone dealing with a certain problem who needs as much information in one place on the topic as possible.
