360-Degree Life
Ten Ways You Can Live More Richly, Deeply, Fully

Billy Joe Daugherty's book, 360-Degree Life: Ten Ways You Can Live More Richly, Deeply, Fully, reaches out to all people but especially those who have hit the low point of their life and see no way out. Using examples from the Bible, experiences of people in desperate situations and his own experiences, Daugherty shows how God is the answer.

When people respond by saying they are not fit to be a child of God, the author reminds them that we all are children of God, and he points out that some of God's most faithful servants were not exactly cream-of-the-crop people. Moses was a murderer, David was an adulterer, and Peter denied the Lord even though he was probably the most trusted disciple.

The author early on makes it clear that the first step to getting to know the Father is to know that He loves all of us. Then, using biblical scriptures, he suggests various ways for improving life by following the principles laid down by God. The scriptures are the ones most people can quote, but the examples of fellow human beings suffering from the same angst show that we can all take part in the good life of following God.

The author emphasizes that God talks to us in various ways. Sometimes it may be a dream, a vision or a small voice that beckons us to realize the joy in following God. Daugherty points out that many people fail to respond to any of these messages, but once we acknowledge God the answer is simple: repent of your sins and turn away from them.

At the end of the book, the author explains his title: "That is how you live the 360-degree life—knowing that you started with God, entered the world, touched others during your brief stay, and finally completed the circle to enter eternity with God!"
