90 Days is a journey meant to take you to that place in your heart where understanding diminishes pain. These short five-minute daily reads are substance and not fluffy positive attitude adjusters. The writings are representative of Bible-based references that bring the reader to understand that God is indeed good and that the things that happen to us are external factors. God has always been there and continues to be there to heal our suffering.

I suggest starting at the beginning of the book and reading daily to the end, but for those who can’t keep a reading schedule going, one could pick up this book and begin reading a chapter anywhere without missing something.

It is a daily devotional that gives the reader hope in a often-times uncomfortable world. I recommend it for those times when you want to wake up early, sip a cup of coffee, and meditate.
