Listen Well is a publishing company created by Margaret Dulaney. It is completely devoted to recording true stories of faith and courage to uplift us and give us hope. There is no denomination or faith excluded in these stories. If it warms your heart, it will likely appear in one of these volumes.

Once a month, one of these delightful CDs will appear on Amazon or at listenwell.org. The proceeds from the sales of these little books go to help the poor in Haiti recover from the disastrous earthquakes that have struck Haiti in recent years. This is uplifting in itself.

Each of the seven stories in this book is encouraging and will strengthen your faith. Each one is true. One is about people who give up their passions because they are unsuccessful early on in their pursuits. Some even deny their gifts or talents. They assume that if they were truly gifted, success would come easily. That is not necessarily true. Some work for years before they become successful.

These stories renewed my desire to write, and I won’t give it up, this time. The other stories confirmed many of the Christian beliefs I hold dear.

These are wonderful stories written by a variety of authors. They do not contain one bit of profanity, no explicit sex and no violence. Yet they compel you to listen, to rejoice and praise your Creator for them. Kudos to Margaret Dulaney for creating something beautiful and to the authors who created the stories. Kudos also to the readers whose voices bring the stories to life and leave us feeling better about ourselves and our world. Please try one of these books. I wasn’t able to find them on Amazon, though they are supposed to be there and I will keep trying to find that link and add it to this review. You will enjoy these books. And you’ll also be helping Haitians in need.
