My Purple Kisses is the second in a creative series for children under eight. For those who have not read the first one, My Purple Toes, here is some info on the origin of the series: How did the dad in our family end up with purple toes? Well, one day he went for a pedicure at the invitation of our teenage daughter. She had seen another daddy at the nail salon with his daughter and thought it would be a good experience for them to share.

In My Purple Kisses, the whole family - - from dad to the kids to their dog - - is lavished with her purple kisses and her unconditional love.

Just as in the opening book of this series, Tate Nation provides illustrations that match the text to a T. My Purple Kisses and its predecessor (along with future volumes) should be a big hit with the younger readers and their parents.
