What
does a mother love most about her baby? As you’ll see
when you read this picture book with your preschooler, for a
mother, in this instance a koala, the answer is she loves everything!
The heartwarming illustrations of the koala and her baby are
enhanced by foil, which makes them really pop when the light
hits just right. The text is also rhymed (“I love you
when you’re in a muddle. Your tears tell me you need a
cuddle.” ) and it would be very soothing just before bedtime.
No matter when you read this book with your child (before bed
or during the day), it will elicit some happy feelings and make
the child feel reassured and happy knowing that a mother’s
love has no limits.
