This
level one ready-to-read adventure follows Olivia as she goes
to the library to renew a book she is reading. While there,
Olivia decides to enjoy story time but, unfortunately, she
sets her book down and it vanishes. The little white pig enlists
her brother, the librarian and her dad in the search for the
missing book.
It appears someone has taken the book and checked it out.
Olivia isn't too happy about the situation but, fortunately,
that's not quite what really happened. All ends well, just
like in the story books she loves so much, and there is a
happy ending!
Large print, short sentences and a manageable vocabulary make
this book one beginning readers will be able to read fairly
quickly. Since Olivia is such a popular character, she makes
this story even more enjoyable.
