In this
book children ages four and older will accompany a baby Woolly
Mammoth as the little one is separated from its mother and
has to brave the dangers of the wild.
Little Woolly falls into a frigid stream fed by a glacier
and is washed into the woods where she encounters a number
of other animals including a bear and some saber tooth cats.
Fortunately all ends well. Little Woolly is eventually reunited
with her family without any major mishaps.
Featuring four pages of learning activities, this inexpensive
picture book will introduce young readers to the Ice Age and
some of the creatures who lived during this period. If this
