There are so many alphabet
books available that it is difficult to find one that will
really appeal to a toddler. Although this book is certainly
clever, the paper engineering you’ll discover here will
be more of a hit with a collector of pop-up books or an older
youngster rather than a young child.
The individual
letters appear against a pleasant color background and they
certainly do pop-up. The book is sturdy enough that it should
stand up to hard use, but I rather doubt the preschooler will
be inclined to page through this book more than once or twice.
On the
other hand, for those who have a pop- up book collection this
little volume will make a welcome addition to the aficionado’s
library shelves.
