Maggie is one of the five daughters in the Walsh clan. She is also the good girl of the bunch. She has always had to deal with being the stable sister while Rachel and Anna dabble in drug dependency, Claire gets left by her husband and Helen...well, Helen is just too much to explain. Maggie always thought she was happy being the good influence until she finds out that her husband is having an affair. She decides not to stay and work things out, like the way everyone expects her to and instead jumps on a plane to Los Angeles to stay with her best friend. In LA, Maggie comes across people and things that she never would have pictured herself experiencing. Her hardest choice will be deciding if she should cross over to the dark side totally!

"Angels" is Marian Keyes' newest book. With every new entry in the publishing world, she perfects her craft to an even deeper level. I love the wry humor and the way Maggie is able to see other's faults but not judge. This whole book just resonates with a specialness that a lot of books don't have. Marian Keyes is an author that will have a long career and I plan on buying every book as soon as it comes out.
