At the behest of Napoleon, Ethan Gage, American explorer and adventurer, is sent on a search for the Mirror of Archimedes, the ancient weapon that wiped out the Roman fleet and could enable its possessor to conquer the world. It is beleived it can be foundn the Greek island, Santoria, supposedly the last island of Atlantis. Napoleon promises to help Gage find his beloved Astiza if he accomplishes his mission.

With his friends, William Smith, a British geologist; George Carvers, a French Zoologist; and American Robert Fulton, Gage sets out on a journey that takes him from France and Greece to Italy, always staying one step ahead of a ruthless gang of pirates who want the Mirror themselves.

Ethan Gage is the nineteen century's answer to Indiana Jones. Here we have a book that has everything. It is packed with action, adventure and danger. There are swashbuckling duels, explosions, dungeons of torture and even a sensuous Pirate Queen. The author has blended historical events and real characters into this fast moving story.

Prepare for an evening of escapist reading in this writer's entry into the field of action.
