This is the 2nd book in the Scumble River Mystery series.

This was a great story about a family murder. This story is about the murder of a grandmother and the granddaughter who searches for the killer. Many family members wish that Skye, the granddaughter, would stop searching for the killer and let their grandmother rest in peace.

Skye always knew that her grandmother was killed and despite her family members getting upset, she continually worked with the police to help solve the murder.  Skye was threatened numerous times by family members and the public.

It has many twists and turns that continually keeps you guessing about whom the real murderer is.  You do not find out who the killer is or the reasons why until almost the last chapter.  Skye is a great and determined young lady to help her family solve the murder.

A great read!
