Hollywood Crows
A Novel

by Joseph Wambaugh

Hollywood Crows by Joseph Wambaugh is not a book that I would typically read, but it ended up in my stack of books so I gave it a shot. I am very glad I did!

Nate Weiss is a Hollywood cop who is looking for the case and the love of his life. He finds both in a case that involves Margot Aziz, the soon to be ex-wife of Ali Aziz, owner of a Sunset Boulevard strip club. It’s the adventure that he will be taken on that makes this story one that you will keep you reading.

There is a very good reason why your mother told you to treat woman nice and with respect and to make sure you don’t get messed up with someone else’s woman. Men do very strange and ugly things all in the name of a woman, and in most cases, the woman is not worthy of that kind of devotion! Is Margot? You will have to read the book to find out for yourself!

This book is written from a cop’s perspective, as Mr. Wambaugh is a former LA police sergeant. It’s a very well written book, gives you insight into this part of society that most of us never have a chance to see, thank goodness, and unleashes a fast paced, great book! Enjoy!
