Jump Cut
Criminal Minds:
First in a new series based on the TV series created by Jeff Davis
by Max Allan Collins
The Behavioral Analysis Unit has been called to Lawrence, Kansas. Someone is murdering and posing the homeless
in clean clothes. The local police are at a loss and call in the FBI who in turn calls in the B.A.U. unit.
B.A.U. is well known for profiling criminals and solving their cases. While the local police are a bit
reluctant to believe in this method, Agents Hotchner and Jason Gideon and crew will convince them otherwise.
When another crime is committed that will also need FBI involvement can the B.A.U unit solve them both?
Mr. Collins brings us the first book in a new series based on the television series Criminal Minds,
titled Jump Cut. Reading like a script from the television show, it is fast paced and uses the same
characters. It's easy to put faces to names while reading the book. It feels like reading something you
already know about if you’ve watched the show. You know the end will have a resolution fitting of the B.A.U. |
