Nameless Night

by G. M. Ford

Paul Hardy was found in a railroad car, close to death, with his head caved in. For seven years he has lived in a group home for disabled adults with his mind completely gone and his face disfigured.

One day, he is hit by a car in a horrible accident. As a result of the Accident, the wealthy driver of the car pays for plastic surgery which reconstructs his face. While recuperating with his new physical identity, he begins to have faint memories with the recurring name of Wesley Allen Howard.

When he recovers, he begins a search for his identity. He soon finds that he, and anyone connected with his search, is being hunted; and some have been killed. He seems to be making people in high government places very uncomfortable and comes to believe he must be part of a government cover-up. He must find the truth of the matter before he, or anyone else, is murdered.

This is a real puzzler... an excellent thriller with an intriguing plot. The pace is breathless with constant action and questions. The characters are well developed, being very realistic and human. The reader is kept in constant suspense until the very satisfying conclusion.

A must read for anyone who enjoys an exceptional suspense thriller.
