The Vagabond Virgins
Hickey family series #5

by Ken Kuhlken

The Vagabond Virgins by Ken Kuhlken is a book that takes off a bit slow but continually builds to the great adventure and mystery that you are looking for.

Alvaro Hickey is a guy who likes old movies and books.  A strange call comes in from a mystery woman. Alvaro is not sure whether to believe her or not, but decides to meet her to find out what she is all about.

Lourdes Garcia contacts Alvaro Hickey to help her find her sister Lupe.  Lupe is believed to have killed their father and Lourdes believes that she did it.  She needs Alvaro’s help to find the sister that many are after.  The biggest problem, Lupe has not been in touch with her sister in many years, and Lourdes is not sure where to start the search.  Is Lupe even alive? That is one of the first questions Alvaro asks.  Lourdes believes that she is, but given the circumstances is hesitant to warrant a guess as to where she might be.

This mystery novel will keep you guessing until the very end.  Enjoy!
