The Whole Truth

by David Baldacci
Read by Ron McLarty

The one thing I've discovered from Baldacci's previous novels is that he knows no bounds when it comes to entertainment. The Whole Truth is action and suspense on an international level.

Baldacci gives us Creel, heartless villain, devious beyond means, ready to sacrifice nations for millions. Creel is in charge of the Ares Corporation. He needs a war, and it all begins with a fake internet video, which makes Russia a target of nations.

Shaw is secretive and dangerous - the ultimate hero. His professional goal is to keep peace. Shaw may be intelligent and cunning enough to outrun death, but true love is telling him it's time to retire. Unfortunately, the prospect of retirement turns deadly, and Shaw is forced to interrupt Creel’s War for millions.

Katie is a journalist and recovering alcoholic in need of a scoop. She crosses paths with Shaw during a dangerous shoot-out and later meets his fiancée. These meetings pull Katie into a lethal story where sorting fact from fiction is a matter of life and death.

Actor Ron McLarty narrates this audio book as well as previous Baldacci novels. The Whole Truth is a perfectly-paced action-packed drama with characters demanding extreme reactions from the audience. Awesome ride, Baldacci.
