You’ve Been Warned
by James Patterson and Howard Roughan
Kristin Burns is locked into a psychological nightmare while working as a nanny and trying to make it as a
photographer. One day on her way to work, she happens upon a crime scene in front of the Falcon Hotel. The events
in the book appear to be related to the scene in front of the hotel. Kristin sometimes loses track of days, as
well as seeing people she knows to be deceased. She doesn’t know if she’s been asleep or awake. Surely there has
to be some reasonable explanation; or perhaps Kristin has suffered a trauma.
This book will keep you page turning. Is it possible Kristin hasn’t lost her mind? Is something evil at work?
While she is extremely fond of the kids she takes care of, she has started an affair with their father. Perhaps
his wife has something to do with these events that Kristin can’t seem to figure out. With an unforeseen ending,
it’s a book you’ll not want to put down. I enjoyed the maze and every twist and turn through the pages. Remember,
you will like this book. You’ve Been Warned. |
