In the Denver area a serial killer has murdered four beautiful women, leaving behind at the scene a bridal veil. FBI Special Agent Brad Raines has no clues and decides to seek help from a resident of the Center for Wellbeing and Intelligence, a private psychiatric institution for mentally ill people who are extraordinarily gifted.
