"The Innocent" is the story of Will Robie, a deep-cover assassin for the United States government. If they had no legal means to eliminate an enemy, they called in an assassin. Will Robie was the best they had. He made his kill every time. He got in and out without incident. That is he did until his last assignment.

He'd been assigned to kill a woman in Washington, D. C. But when he arrives at the woman's apartment, he finds something he wasn't told about. The woman has a child! She was sleeping peacefully in her bed, just as she was supposed to be. Lying in the bed beside her was a small child! He hadn't been told anything about a child! Robie froze. What was he going to do? He couldn't kill her, not with the kid there! While he stood there, the child, a boy, woke up. He saw Robie standing there with a gun pointing at his mother and woke her up. His handler told him to kill both of them. Should he?

It was a decision he was spared from making. The failsafe assassin outside fired one shot killing the woman and her child at the same time. And this is just the beginning of Robie's troubles.

"The Innocent" takes you from one crisis to the next with little time in between. It is fast-paced and the tension continues to mount until the exciting end. The characters are human beings in extraordinary circumstances, and act accordingly. Listen to "The Innocent" and raise your heart rate without the pain of exercise.
