In this holiday-inspired mystery,
Cami Brooks finds herself smack dab in the middle of another
murder mystery after she walks into a meeting with Mayor Lewis
Frost and finds him dead with what looks to be the snow globe
she sold him hours prior, used as the murder weapon and a
rather large diamond on the floor. The last thing Cami needs
at this time of year is another dead body on her hands, especially
while she is dealing with strange customers, bizarre merchandise,
a new slightly-off employee and the holiday shopping rush.
However, Cami must figure out what is going on before things
around her shatter...
Frosty the Dead Man is the third book in the Snow
Globe Shop mystery series. I have had this series on my to-read
list for a while, so I was excited to be able to read and
review this book. I haven't read either of the other two in
the series, but I needn't worry because this book was easy
to follow and gave just enough backstory for me to follow
the series' plot line, and held back just the right amount
to hook me into buying the firs two to go back and read! I
found the cast of characters to be warm and friendly and a
fun group, and I especially like the romance that is being
set up for Cami. I found the mystery an easy one to figure
out, but knowing where the story was headed didn't spoil the
journey for me. I really enjoyed this book and found it to
be a fast read. Be sure to check out the back of the book
for a fun snow globe craft!
