What would you do if you were working on a top-secret governmental computer project and were asked to leave, but then were harassed by someone who knew about the project and wanted the disks? This book approaches that question and more. It introduces Lissa, who is in the exact predicament as the question asks. She eventually finds a new computer programming job and works for Adam Keller, a mysterious man with his own secrets. Through Adam's help in trying to figure out who is after Lissa, Lissa and Adam fall in love.

This book is a great demonstration of mystery, suspense, and romance. Everything is well-developed, and neither the mystery nor the romance appears to be rushed. There are several characters that could be part of the mystery and are not revealed until near the end of the book. The suspense drives the reader to want to keep reading to find out if Lissa will be okay and if the mystery is solved. It also drives the reader to want Lissa and Adam to awaken to their romantic feelings towards each other. Lissa and Adam's characters are developed enough to have the reader feel that they know these characters.

Nothing to Hide is a great example of good romantic suspense writing.
