Awaiting the Moon

by Donna Lea Simpson

Thankful for the chance to get away from her tattered reputation in England, Elizabeth Stanwycke is happy to take the position at Wolfram Castle in Germany. However, upon first arriving, she sees a woman fleeing through the woods from a man on horseback. Setting aside her fears she is determined to tutor her pupil, Catherine, in the proper ways of the English just as she has been told to do.

Upon her first meeting with Count Nikolas von Wolfram, Elisabeth feels an immediate attraction that she knows she must control, or else she will end up with the same tattered reputation from which she has just fled. However, it is no easy task to stay away from Nikolas.

Strange things are happening in the castle at night that have made Elizabeth determined to find out what is going on, much to the surprise of her boss.

Nikolas is alarmed at the feelings he has for the English woman, but with the family problems he has to deal with, he has to refuse to act on his own feelings. A task which is hard to do, as Elizabeth is the one woman he cannot keep out of his heart.

Awaiting The Moon will have readers on the edge of their seats as they read this fascinating tale. Filled with mystery and suspense, this book will have readers eagerly turning pages. This reader will be eagerly awaiting Ms. Simpson's next magnificent story taking place in Wolfram Castle, in Awaiting the Night.
