Eric Jerome Dickey is among my favorite authors. I remember meeting him at a Borders bookstore on the North Side of
Chicago. He sat down at my table to sign his books, and before I realized it was him, he was gone. I couldn't believe
that my favorite author was so close to me. I was reading at the table, and he was sitting there signing his books.
After I realized who he was, I thought I was going to die from not getting his autograph or talking to him.
So when I saw Pleasure on the list, I had to review it. Mr. Dickey is a brilliant story-teller, and I am
eager to read his next book. Pleasure is eroticism to the body and the soul. A book about sexual freedom
through the characters' eyes, I found myself engaged in the plot through a gallon of sexual pleasure.
The story is based on Nia, who is sexually dissatisfied and searching for someone who can give her the pleasure
she needs. Nia meets Logan, and the two are on a hot romance, but Nia is still searching and Logan is doing his best
to accommodate her. It doesn't help that Logan is from the wrong side of the tracks. The title of the book is the
basis of this novel.
This book was hot, hot, hot. I found myself fanning at different intervals. Mr. Dickey does not disappoint, and
he amazes me. I thought I was reading a Zane book. I didn't want to put it down, and was sad when it ended.
I suggest to readers who are fans of Mr. Dickey's that this book will introduce you to more of the written word
talents of Eric Jerome Dickey. As a fan of his, I have read all his books more than once, and you should take a
ride with his words of power. Eric Jerome Dickey is a star in the literary world! He most definitely has my
vote!
