Return of the Rogue
by Donna Fletcher
For Honora Tannach the word marriage translates to freedom from the cruel hands of her stepfather. The day had
finally arrived when she was to be wed. Although the marriage had been prearranged by her stepfather, Honora
fantasized that her intended, Cavan Sinclare, would be the one who would fill her days with love and affection.
As a young girl Cavan had saved her life. That one day still fills her thoughts.
Cavan Sinclare is the eldest son of a Scottish Laird. Presumed dead, he returned to the living to claim his
rightful birthright. His loyalty to his clan is one he fiercely protects. His warrior blood is stirred by his
soon-to-be wife, Honora. He sees that she is not a meek lass but instead she exhibits fire that is worthy of his
warrior heritage. Together the two of them are worthy opponents. Will their love be strong enough to conquer a
nation?
With every book I read of Donna Fletcher’s I grow more in love with her distinct writing style. Her talent
is definitely in writing the perfect historical romance. She presents strong characters who are so deserving to
be together. For any romance fan this is one writer you can’t miss. Very highly recommended. |
