Under the Blood Red Moon

by Mina Hepsen

Angelica Shelton Belanov always knew that she was different from the other young ladies.  For she alone has the ability to hear the thoughts of others.  This unwanted skill is one that she has tried to hide from the world.  She has managed to lock herself away in her father’s library.  His books serve as a means to allow her mind to stay occupied and keep the voices at bay.

As she has come of age, the time has come for her to rejoin society in hopes of finding a husband.  She makes her début appearance at one of London’s most elegant events.  There her mind is assaulted by the thoughts of all the attendees.  She manages to find relief in the company of Prince Alexander Kourakin.

Prince Alexander Kourakin is of the Eastern Clan of immortals.  He is hell bent on locating a vampire who intendsd to destroy his clan’s existence.  Meeting Angelica is a pleasure he never anticipated, one that his soul craves to explore.  Will he risk inviting her into his world of danger, or leave her behind not knowing whether or not their unexplored feelings could have been developed?

Paranormal fans, write the name of Mina Hepsen high on your must-have list of authors.  Under the Blood Red Moon was enough to convince me that this author is about to set the paranormal world ablaze.  This is the type of paranormal book that you know you cannot stop once you indulge in the first page.  Be sure to plan on burning the midnight oil with this one, there is no way you can stop once you start. Very highly recommended.
