Seduced By Your Spell
The second of the Witches of Mayfair series

by Lois Greiman

Madeline Fallon, a.k.a. Lady Redcomb, is soft-spoken, gentle, and well-mannered.  She's also a witch in the most technical sense of the word.  She is a widow with a dearly departed husband who never actually existed.  For the past eight years Madeline has resided at the Lavender House, which is a coven formed to pave ways to rally armies and topple governments.

Jasper Reeves is the director of Lavender House.  It is his job to follow orders, not to be fair.  When young women begin disappearing around London, Madeline wants to investigate but is told she cannot by Reeves. So she leaves Lavender House to set out on her own to solve the mystery surrounding the disappearance of the young women.

Jasper Reeves has been hexed by Madeline since the day he met her and follows her on her mission to search for the missing girls, but trouble is afoot and in the midst of it Jasper and Madeline discover their true feelings for each other.

Seduced By Your Spell is an enchanting tale.  It is a fast-paced, light read that I found to be delightful.
