Ravished By A Highlander

by Paula Quinn

Readers will find Quinn’s latest historical, touching, sensual, and romantic. I know I did. An awesome setting, a hero who is all he should be, and a heroine who is willing to give her all for country and love. Ravished By A Highlander is enchanting and compelling from the first word to the very last page.

Davina has been in hiding her entire life. Sequestered in a nunnery, she goes about her duties, thinking one day she will become part of the order; but then they are attacked, leaving the nuns and her royal protectors dead or dying. Now she doesn’t know what to do.

A fierce Highland warrior takes her to safety. She is at first fearful of the handsome but extremely sensual man, until she realizes his heart is as big as his muscular body.

Laird Rob MacGregor is on his way to a court gathering when he comes upon a burning nunnery. He and his men stop to help and at the pleas of a dying Englishman, he takes what he assumes is a young novice into his keeping. Later, he discovers she is not only not a nun, but also one of the most beautiful women he’s ever met. Her courage at all the trials and tribulations makes him want to protect her forever.

However, the road to romance doesn’t run smoothly for Davina and Rob. Together they fight distrust, betrayal, and a royal monarchy in order to gain the elusive gift of love.
