Juliana Fiori
is the daughter of an English marchioness, who had deserted her
husband and two sons, and an Italian businessman who never told
Juliana of her other family before he died. Now she is in England
with her brothers and is new fodder for the ton. It seems like the
harder she tries to avoid scandal and protect her family, the more
it seems to find her. Juliana doesn’t care what the ton thinks
about her, but she does care what they think about her family.
In the midst
of yet another possible scandal, Juliana ends up in the coach of
Simon Pearson, the Duke of Leighton. He is a man that lives by the
strict rules of reputation and propriety. He avoids anything that
could possibly lead to a hint of scandal. Juliana is his worst nightmare.
But Juliana has other plans for Simon. She is determined to prove
to him that he can’t have a good life without passion; that
he needs passion. Simon is determined to prove her wrong. Question
is, can they survive this daring challenge of stubborn pride and
sexual tension?
Sarah did a
wonderful job with this book. It had me from start to finish waiting
to see what each character was going to do next to stump the other.
Eleven Scandals lives up to its name. It’s a fun, sexy romance
with surprises around each corner. You can’t miss with this
book.
