Number three in the Upnick Trilogy, 2052 ties the series together in a save-the-world finality. Again, Vito and Victoria and their gifted children embark on this alien adventure battling global threats to earth’s human race.

This last book is told in retrospect from Vic talking into a recording device on the night of his 90th birthday. As he recounts the previous years of relative calm, he tells of the onset of the most recent adventure.

While billions of people are still living in poverty and people on the verge of sterilization, cancer and heart disease had been eradicated.

2052 is again a relatively easy book to read but engages the reader in an action packed thriller nonetheless. Its subtle humor makes it even more fun to read. Tying it all together in the end coins the phrase,”meeting yourself coming and going.” The ending of this one will connect the two.
