This audio boxed set has two bestselling self-help books by Fankel (Nice Girls Don't Get the Corner Officeand Nice Girls Don't Get Rich). The author brings working women two comprehensive books aimed at improving their professional lives. With these books they will find what strengthens their professional lives will also enrich their personal ones.

Nice Girls Don't Get the Corner Office: 101 Unconscious Mistakes Women Make That Sabotage Their Careers

     "QUIT BEING A GIRL!"

In Nice Girls Don't Get the Corner Office, Fankel advises working women to quit being girls and to learn how to grow in their roles as leaders. This self-help audio book is an inspiring source of empowerment. Working women will find wisdom and strength in Fankel's experienced words.

Fankel tells us most women seem to act in ways detrimental to their job and their psychological well-being. In this audio book Fankel reveals the unique mistakes made by women in the work force and the ways they hold themselves back from reaching their full potential. Of the 101 typical mistakes women make in the workplace, Fankel says women make at least more than one of these mistakes in their workplace. In practicing her coaching tips and being consistence with it, Fankel promises one will see a change.

Nice Girls Don't Get Rich: 75 Avoidable Mistakes Women Make with Money

"WOMEN AND MONEY, WHAT A COMPLEX RELATIONSHIP"

In her book, Fankel explains how girls are taught two things which cause conflict in their lives as working women. As children, women are taught the value of money while being taught to be equally kind, nurturing and collaborative. This has caused them to choose relationships over money - don't make waves, etc. It's okay to do good and do well simultaneously.

Fankel goes through the some self-defeating behaviors of working women (single and married) that cause them to lose financial stability. One important one is that mothers are slow at financially letting go of their grown children. She gives some sound investment advice (portfolios, etc.) meant to help women become finically independent before retirement age. Fankel tells her listeners that getting rich is "mindset with action." Set your mind to create a financially sound life, listen to the audio book, and put her advice into action. You can't lose.

Fankel reads both her books in the audio version. Just as her advice is sage, her voice is patience. Even through the audio version her instructions are easily understood. I have one regret in this book, and that's not having something similar to it during my youth. The moment I finished this set, I took it to my daughter because its wisdom and guidance begs to be passed on to future generations.
