You're All That: Understanding God's Design for Your Life is a remarkable audio! I found it to be very
beneficial to my life and have gained much knowledge and insight for discovering who I really am and finding "the self
who had gone missing" in the process.
Written and read by Paula White, You're All That has given me hope for a much brighter future. With
simple, easy to understand guidelines for discovering the real me and seeing myself through God's eyes, You're All
That was just what I needed at this time in my life.
Who are you? Who did God make you to be? This audio encourages you to ask yourself these questions. To know
yourself fully, you must get in touch with yourself spiritually. Nothing superficial or external satisfies. If you don't
feel you are lovable, no amount of love bestowed upon you will make you feel loved. Begin to see yourself as God sees
you: as valuable, lovable, capable, unique and precious, no matter what others say or think.
Clear up the old picture. Fix the faulty reception. When we aren't fed accurate truth about ourselves, we
have a distorted picture of who we are.
Focus on abilities, not inabilities. Feelings follow thoughts – change your thoughts and immediately
your feelings change.
How you see yourself determines how you will feel. If you don't like how you feel, change how you see
yourself. Seek to discover who God says you are. Thank God for who you are right now and who He is making you to be. You
may have a lot of unlearning to do to become who God says you are.
God wants to heal your wounds. He wants to show you who you really are. God doesn't belittle you or reject
you. Go to God expecting Him to reveal His goodness, mercy and grace. It is His plan for you.
Paula White outlines several steps to help work through the grief process, along with help for bolstering
courage to try again and triumph over past failures. There is so much information contained in this audio book, I
cannot begin to do it justice in one review.
I cannot recommend Paula White's You're All That: Understanding God's Design for Your Life highly
enough. It will change your life and give you a better and brighter future.
