99 Ways to Fight Worry and Stress

by Elsa Kok Colopy

No matter what your life situation is you can almost guarantee that you have some form of stress.  Stress is ever-present in people's lives through their families, jobs, or surroundings.

In Elsa Kok Colopy’s 99 Ways to Fight Worry and Stress you will find simple solutions to help combat stress.  Some of my favorites that I tried and saw results with included:

#79—Set Random Goals—this simple rule reminds you that all goals that you set should be ones you plan to succeed in meeting.

#54—To Serve—This suggestion allows you to discover your strengths and use them to help those less fortunate in the world.

#35—Imagine—This is where you are encouraged to imagine all your troubles are washed away, all your worries are left behind, and all your troubles melt away.

After I read through the 99 Ways to Fight Worry I felt very refreshed and equipped with the knowledge to make my life stress free.  This book overflows with helpful advice that if applied properly should alleviate your stress level.
