includes the 1,2,3 combination of breakfast foods that can give you energy for the day, the right
carbs to eat and 12 super foods that can boost your mood and help you lose weight.
At the closing of the book, Ms. Somer includes a chapter outlining a 14 day diet which will
kickstart a good mood. This diet includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and a 200 calorie, all-carb
snack. She includes many recipes for filling and tasty sounding dishes.
The fact that Ms. Somer uses real people who have real issues and tells how they used the book
to improve their diet and lifestyle made it much more believable.
