This book's jacket says it's about finding joy, but I found it has a deeper message than that. It's about global consciousness, yes, but in a personal way. Usually these messages carry the same old thing about world peace, not that I'm against world peace, but the thought of those words always conjures up a beauty pageant contestant stating the obvious in a superficial setting of outer beauty.

This book actually gives the reader information that they can carry with them, such as healing challenges to help them walk the walk.

I really took to heart the messages of the author and even passed this one on to other friends who were going through some tough times. I think it helped us all. Read this with an open mind and let the words creep in and take hold. Introspection is always met with obstacles, but if you can let go and let it in, I think you will be glad you did and at the end find some joy in it.
