The Curious Upside of Growing Older, written by Caroline
Anaya when she was 78 (now 80), does much what the title suggests:
points out some of the positive aspects of reaching 65 and beyond.
The title of the seven keys give a brief outline of her plan to
deal with getting old and they include these seven points: 1. Know
where you are; 2. Think Healthy; Be Healthy; 3. Eat Healthy; 4.
Sleep Well; 5. Exercise: It's not as hard as you might think; 6.
The brain connection; and 7. Socialize
The book certainly paints a realistic picture of ways seniors
can get more out of life by following this plan.
Readers will be surprised and pleased with the list that seniors
provided about the things they enjoy about getting older.
I will use many (if not all) the keys in my personal life as a
senior citizen.
