NBC’s The Biggest Loser Guru gives you solid advice in a simple 4 step program. And the best part is that you have a day to eat what you want without a guilt trip as dessert! I say this is the new “Think and Grow Rich” of weight loss. Pavelka is the author of The Program, so narrating this audio was a no brainer. Who better to put his plan into action? He stresses the importance of the steps as only he can do. I could picture him working with people who had everything to lose and everything to gain, working beside them, supporting their achievements, and lifting them up when they fell. He is no nonsense, all common sense. Have you heard it before? Well, yes, but have you heard him before? No. Try it. Sometimes it takes someone special to connect all the dots and in his case there are only four ingredients to a winning a combination!

Jessie talks about the importance of food as a source of all health, along with the importance of fat. The book also has exercises and recipes. Not sure you can get that from the audio itself, so if you really want to follow The Program, the book would be a more lasting choice.
