Wow! This audiobook will change your life. I know, I know, you have heard this before…many times. No, this is not another diet book. This is a book about how NOT to diet. It is about your setpoint weight and how dieting can affect it. Bailor reveals in the Mayo Clinic study on caloric intake and dieting that the more calories one ingests, the more calories the body uses and visa versa. This is revolutionary. No more counting calories or measuring glycemic indexes! Moreover, everything you knew about nutrition, forget it. Hormones are everything, fat is in.
This is a simple way to lower your set point weight fast to keep you motivated. Bailor emphasizes that caloric intake needs to be good calories, nutritional calories so that the body can take its time to assimilate them instead of immediately turning them into sugar. His theory makes a lot of sense and presents solid information based on 15 years of metabolic studies and research.

The Setpoint Diet book is the only plan endorsed by top doctors at the Harvard Medical School, Johns Hopkins, the Cleveland Clinic, the Mayo Clinic, and UCLA.

After reading this book, I do not think you will look at dieting in the same way again, if at all. He presents strong evidence that with the right nutritional foods, your body can use its set point to keep you on track. “No willpower is needed and that is a game changer!” I listened to this book with great enthusiasm. It has renewed my faith is weight loss and how I view food. It’s worth a try because, after all, you will not be dieting and giving anything up. With his program, you will lower cholesterol, gain energy, and be on your way to preventing heart disease and diabetes. I found the audiobook engaging and stimulating. The book may be a good choice if you want to mark information as you read, and use the diet plan. Although, listening to him present his case to you on a personal level is good motivation. Get both and follow his 21 day-plan to a new you!
