New
York Minute
By Eliza Willard
This
book is the official novelization, based on the Big-Screen movie
with Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen. There is nonstop action as Jane
Ryan goes to give her competition speech for the McGill Fellowship
to Oxford University. At the same time her twin sister, Roxy, skips
school and heads into New York with a stack of CD's to a Simple
Plan video shoot with the hopes of getting a record deal for her
band.
Truant Officer, Max Lomax is hot on Roxy's
heels, and the fun really begins when Roxy tries to help Jane get
to her competition in time with everything going wrong. The hilarious
situations the girls get into and the way they solve the problems
they encounter will keep you reading and laughing. They get involved
with Music Pirates, a Senator and her son, a dog named Reinaldo,
and a man that they keep spilling coffee on. Great characters, a
breakneck plot, and laughs galore. A must have for Ashley and Mary-Kate
fans.
