Princess Sakura is now on the run, following the disastrous meeting
between her and her betrothed: Prince Oura. It appears that he has
some magic of his own and can not only summon demons, but can also
turn into a wolf. Why does he hate Sakura so much, and where does
the Togu (crown prince) Fujimurasaki fit in?
I don’t want to give too much away about the story so will
stop there with my plot outline. This is shaping up nicely to be
a very involving story that not only boasts some truly gorgeous
artwork but interesting characters and plot strands. My only real
complaint is the presence of those blocks of text at the start of
each chapter telling the story…what is that all about? Why
not put them at the end of the chapters, or not include them at
all? I continue to enjoy the author’s asides about not only
her tastes in music and TV shows but also how the story develops,
which is just like reading letters or emails from a friend. I’m
going to check out more of this talented mangaka’s works.
