Texas Blood Feud

by Dusty Richards

A good old-fashioned family feud is at the heart of this two-fisted western yarn. Many years ago Chet Byrnes' ancestors moved to Texas to begin a new life on the land. For over three generations they struggled against the elements and those who tried to drive them from their holdings.

Now Chet is locked in another deadly fight to preserve the family ranch. After he hangs three men for stealing some of his horses, Chet and his relatives become the target of the outlaws' family, who are seeking revenge.

As members of the Byrnes clan are attacked and their cattle killed, Chet realizes he must do something to put a stop to a smoldering conflict that promises to break out into a full-fledged war.

Dusty Richards has written over 85 novels and is the only western writer to win two Spur awards in the same year (2007). There isn't much about cowboy fiction that Dusty doesn't know. If you enjoy classic westerns, you'll certainly enjoy this Arkansas writer's work.
