life. Despite common belief Christians do not need to toil
to survive. They are not destined to live in poverty. Dollar
believes Christians need to learn how to invest, whether it’s
in material assets or cash. He wants us to be successful enough
to provide for future generations as well. We know giving
and tithing are part of the Word, so in this book Dollar wants
to enlighten us on ways to prosper such has an IRA, CD, money
market account and more.
Most
importantly, Dollar wants to make it clear that “God
wants us to be rich if we can main our righteousness with
God.” We don’t want to earn money on the backs
of others by cheating, over charging, or outright taking advantage
of others. With these teachings and a little common sense
Christians can live comfortable – or get rich. As always,
Dollar backs up his teachings with scriptures. In the book
version, he includes a Glossary of Terms and a list of Financial
Websites. I believe there is always something new to learn
in a financial book such as this. Dollar doesn’t disappoint.
