Meyer’s goal with God’s Greatest Gifts is to arm God’s people with the Word, the name and blood of Jesus, so they will be prepared for the end-time warfare. Meyer tells us she has filled the pages with Scripture reference and to hide them in our heart. She reminds us of the "power" in God’s Word, what to expect from God and the Holy Spirit, and what is expected from us, as believers. Her goal is to help believers put on the armor of God and stand strong. Renewing the mind is one of her favorite topics. She explains that believers must renew the mind with His Word in order to think His thoughts instead of their own. “Renewal brings liberation.” She reveals the tactics of the enemy and how to stop him with the Word. Joyce includes Scripture and personal examples in her teachings.
